Do I need a certificate to sell my diamond?

No. A GIA or other grading report helps and can improve your offer, but we can evaluate uncertified diamonds as well.

Is the offer really free and without obligation?

Yes. You receive a clear offer and are under no obligation to accept it.

Can you buy an entire estate?

Yes. We evaluate full estates, including diamonds, gold, platinum, and estate and antique jewelry.

Should I get an appraisal first?

Not required. An appraisal for insurance is a different document from a purchase offer. If you want an independent appraisal, we offer that as a separate service.

Can I send photos instead of coming in?

Yes. Photos and a certificate let us give you a preliminary range. Final offers are made after we examine the piece.
